We have our own property management company, Rise48 Communities and our own Construction company, Rise48 Construction so that we can control all the management and construction at all of our properties.
We focus solely on our own assets and do not offer third party management or construction.
Our corporate headquarters are centrally located in Scottsdale, Arizona with a second office in Downtown Dallas, Texas. We only hire team members locally-based throughout the Phoenix MSA, and DFW.
