At Rise48 Equity, we provide multifamily investment opportunities for both accredited and non-accredited investors to protect and grow their wealth.
Our team brings expertise and a pristine track record to acquire, reposition and return capital to investors upon reaching our business plan. We personally invest significant capital into each property alongside our investors.
Through our market research and partnerships, we acquire commercial multifamily apartment properties and strategically add value to the properties. As a result, this creates passive income for our investors through monthly cash flow and profits from sale.
Rise48 Equity has corporate offices in Phoenix, Arizona, Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina. We focus on acquiring deals in Phoenix, Dallas, and Charlotte, which rank among the top cities nationally for rent growth, population growth, and employment growth.
With strong fundamentals, vertically integrated management, and our experienced, locally-based teams, we are well positioned to perform and execute our business plans.
We have completed the disposition sales of 11 assets, bringing the business plans full-cycle.
We have completed seven 1031 exchanges, allowing investors to defer capital gains from their profits. (We don’t give tax advice, always consult your CPA)
Every single deal we have ever acquired has drastically exceeded projections.
We have our own property management company, Rise48 Communities and our own Construction company, Rise48 Construction so that we can control all the management and construction at all of our properties.
We focus solely on our own assets and do not offer third party management or construction.
Our corporate headquarters are centrally located in Scottsdale, Arizona with a second office in Downtown Dallas, Texas. We only hire team members locally-based throughout the Phoenix MSA, and DFW.
