Source and evaluate new investment opportunities, manage broker relationships, underwrite deals, and support transaction execution.
Property Management
Oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance across our residential and commercial portfolio.
Construction
Execute renovations, capital improvements, and unit turns across the portfolio. Work on a variety of projects from unit rehabs to major capital work.
Finance & Operations
Support accounting, reporting, investor communications, and corporate operations.
