Twin brothers Jake and Austin Deraaff built Raven3 from the ground up, combining complementary expertise in acquisitions, operations, and construction to create a vertically integrated real estate platform.
Jake Deraaff
Jake co-founded Raven3 Real Estate in 2015 alongside his twin brother Austin. Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Jake brings deep local market knowledge and a network of relationships built over a lifetime in the region.
Jake leads Raven3's acquisitions efforts, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives. He oversees the 10+ person acquisitions and business development team responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Under his leadership, Raven3 has completed over 750 transactions totaling more than $500 million in volume. Jake is responsible for identifying new markets, asset classes, and investment strategies to drive the company's continued expansion.
Jake holds relationships with capital partners, lenders, and investors, and is the primary point of contact for those looking to invest alongside Raven3 or explore partnership opportunities.

Austin Deraaff
Austin co-founded Raven3 Real Estate in 2015 with his twin brother Jake. Like Jake, Austin was born and raised in Westchester County and brings hands-on experience with every aspect of real estate from ground-level operations to strategic planning.
Austin oversees all operations, construction, and property management across the Raven3 portfolio. His approach ensures that every property achieves its full potential through disciplined execution of value-add business plans.
He directly manages Raven3 Construction, the company's in-house construction division that handles all renovations, capital improvements, and unit turns across the portfolio. This vertical integration is central to Raven3's competitive advantage.
Austin also oversees Raven3 Management and the team of seven property managers responsible for day-to-day operations across 1,000+ units. His hands-on leadership style ensures consistent execution and accountability.
